Bursting with black fruit flavours, including blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry from the cabernet sauvignon grape juice, balanced with a slight dry astringency and moderate acidity of fresh pomegranate.

Pyment is the term given to meads made with an addition of grapes, whereas Melomel is the term given to meads made with an addition of other berries or fruit.

Made in 2023 and aged for 12 months before bottling.
