Showcasing the humble and oft overlooked quince, one of my favourite British fruits - a medley of flavours, somewhere between apple, pear and light lemon, sometimes verging on subtle pineapple.

Often relegated to playing second fiddle, here we celebrate quince by placing it front and centre, allowing it to work in conjunction with the slightly floral honey flavours of a generous backsweetening, to make for a simple yet delicious sweet melomel, the perfect accompaniment to any dessert.

Made in 2023 and aged for 12 months before bottling.
